Perthshire’s go-to dog event for 2024, the perfect chance to treat your four-legged friend to a grr8 day out!
Paws at the Palace will feature doggy fun and games, parades of different breeds, agility classes and some paw-some demonstrations.
The all day event will also include food stalls (for humans and dogs), cool-down areas, and a host of stall holders selling doggy gear and gifts.
If you would like to tour inside the Palace during your visit, upgrade tickets will be available from the ticket hut or food shop on the day.

Exhibitors
There will be a fantastic range of exhibiting stalls with everything your doggy friends could dream of from tasty handmade treats to toys and accessories. There will event be a few treats for the humans too!

Charity Stands
Gundog Scurry
Join Perthshire Gundog Rescue for their annual Scurry demonstration and give-it-a-go sessions!
Challenge your dog's retrieval skills as they have to retrieve a target against the clock and overcome obstacles on the way.
Head to the Perthshire Gundog Rescue Stand and enter your dog to be in with the chance of winning a prize!

Scentworks Demonstration
K9 Manhunt & ScentWork Scotland will be holding a demonstration showcasing the incredible capabilities of their dogs that are trained in various detection disciplines including drugs, pyrotechnics, and bed bugs, as well as their conservation dogs, specialised in environmental protection tasks.
See first hand how dogs can use their keen sense of smell to detect various substances and learn about the science behind their sniffing capabilities and how they compare to human senses.
Flyball
The Musical Paws Flyball Team will be joining us again this year as they demonstrate the sport of Flyball, share how they train their amazing dogs, and even give you a chance to have a go yourself!
The Dundee-based team have been competing in Flyball for ten years, travelling all over the country with their dogs.
Doggy Fun Show
Perthshire Gundog Rescue are hosting the annual Doggy Fun Show which is open for anyone to enter on the day!
There will be five categories for judging so everyone can take part, Best Male, Best Female, Best Puppy, Best Oldie and Best Rescue.

11am - Best Male Dog
12pm - Best Female Dog
1pm - Best Puppy
1.30pm - Best Golden Oldie
2pm - Best Rescue
3pm Best in show (all winners from previous categories)
Breed Parade
Take part in the annual breed parade and give your dog their moment in the limelight as they process down the driveway alongside all the other dogs at the event.
Its always the perfect round up to the day which you wont want to miss.
Human Treats
As well as lots of goodies for the four legged visitors, there will be a tasty selection of catering options on site to keep you going throughout the day, as well as the Palace Coffee Shop inside.
Wallace Vets
Wallace Vets will be joining us as on site vets for the Paws at the Palace to be on hand for any doggy needs.
Wallace Veterinary Centres aim to care for their client's pets the same way they would care for their own. On the day, the team will be offering free general health checks and nail clips as well as offering their expert veterinary advice.
They will also be on hand throughout the day for any pet emergencies, so you can enjoy the event without worries for your four-legged friend!
