We are delighted to welcome coach tours, group bookings and school groups.
Pre-booking is advisable to ensure you make the most of your visit and we ask that parties of 15+ people be pre-booked at all times.
We recommend that you allow at least 2.5 hours for your visit to Scone Palace, especially if the weather is suitable for a tour of our beautiful Perthshire grounds, longer if your group would like to dine with us.
Coach drivers and couriers are given complimentary entrance and will receive a meal and a gift voucher for use in our catering and retail outlets.
Group Rates (for Groups of 15+ Visitors)
(November, December, February and March)
We are offering FREE access to our Grounds, Coffee Shop and Christmas Shop each Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 10.00am - 4.00pm throughout November, December, February and March. Whilst there is no entry charge we would appreciate if you could book coaches in prior to arrival.
Winter Warmer Tours
Whilst the palace is closed during the winter we do offer our Winter Warmer tours for private groups of 15 or more, during November, December, February and March. Our friendly and knowledgeable guides will welcome your group before taking them on a tour of the State Rooms.
Inner Hall Package
Refreshments served in our Inner Hall half-way through your group's tour, this will be served buffet style with no seating available.
Tea and Coffee with Shortbread - £22.50 per person
Tea and Coffee with Mini Scones - £23.50 per person
Murray Rooms Package
Refershmentsserved in our Murray Rooms at the end of your tour, this will be served whilst your clients are seated at tables.
Tea and Coffee with Shortbread - £26.00 per person
Tea and Coffee with Shortbread - £27.50 per person
A souviner guide book may be added at £5.00 per book.
We ask that any special dietary requirements are advised seven days prior to visit.
Should your group be smaller than 15 people there is a minimum charge applies.
Please note that Winter Warmer Tours are subject to availability and are NOT available throughout January 2020. Payment in full must be received 10 working days before the booked visit.

The Old Kitchen
The Old Kitchen Restaurant, with its magnificent Victorian cooking range and original copper utensils, has a capacity for up to 50 diners.
This is available for exclusive morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea or receptions. We have a selection of dining options, to download our 2019 menus please see the links at the foot of the page or call us on 01738 552300 to discuss your requirements.
Served in style within these beautifully appointed rooms overlooking the historic Parklands.
Enjoy an indulgent Afternoon Tea of freshly cut finger sandwiches, home-baked scones with jam and cream together with locally crafted delicious French patisserie served with a selection of tea or coffee.
Available daily, from 2.00 pm - 5.00 pm. Pre-booking is essential.

Ideal for Horticultural Groups and Gardening Clubs, we offer private tours around our Grounds and Gardens with our Head Gardener Brian Cunningham. Brian has regularly featured on BBC Beechgrove Garden covering a variety of gardening projects which he and his team have been working on over the past 3 years. These include our Chilli Festival, Reinstating the Kitchen Garden and the story of David Douglas.
