Scone Palace’s second Halloween event, Spirits of Scone, promises to be bigger and spookier this year as it is extended to five nights.
Following a highly successful inaugural event last October, this year’s sound and light show will use more of the palace grounds, including the Murray Star Maze and a new pumpkin patch which is being planted especially for the occasion.
Spirits of Scone 2017 will start on October 26th and run until Halloween night, October 31st. Perth theatre group Ad-Lib Theatre Arts will once more provide actors to act out the stories of local characters. There will be hot and cold food and drinks available.
Heather McArthur, sales and events manager for Scone Palace, said:
“Scone Palace is a place steeped in history, and the local area has some fascinating characters for us to build spine-tingling stories around. Our inaugural Spirits of Scone was highly popular but we always planned to make it bigger and better in the second year. We’re using the same talented creative and acting teams, we’re adding to the catering offerings and, most importantly, it promises to be really spooky.”
